I have a private practice located in Columbus, OH and see children, adolescents, families and adults for various issues including early developmental trauma, relationship challenges, chronic stress and overwhelm, adjustment problems, complex trauma, grief and loss, anger, anxiety, depression, eating patterns, addiction, obsessive compulsive tendencies, boundaries, communication, empowerment, resilience building etc.

FEES

All fees are private pay only, which means you are responsible for payment at the time of service. I am not a provider with any insurance panels.

Individual Counseling:

• The standard  session is 60 minutes in length and cost $180 or 45 minutes in length and cost $135.

• The initial session is 60 minutes in length and cost $180.

• Extended times available for Individual Counseling:

  • 75 minute session:  $225

  • 90 minute session: $275 (needs to be arranged ahead of time).

Couple/Relational/Marriage/Family Therapy

• Initial session: 75 minutes - $275

• Follow-up couple session: 60 minutes - $225

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to answer questions and help you determine whether we would be a good fit.

INSURANCE

​

I am not a provider with any insurance panels and payment in full is due at the time of service. For individual clients only (not couples), I am happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I would be considered an out-of-network provider. If you would like to utilize out-of-network benefits please check with your provider to verify that you have this coverage. At times, this will not result in any reimbursement from your insurance company, however, it may go towards your out-of-network deductible depending on your specific policy.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your time is valuable, my time is valuable.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require you notify me at least 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled appointment. I can be reached via email, text, or via encrypted message through the client portal.

***If canceling or rescheduling with less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged the full session rate for your appointment.***

 

Knowing about appointment changes at least 24 hours ahead of time gives my other clients access to that appointment time and allows me to run a sustainable business.
